ASP.NET 1.1 (VB) website configuration job

We have an ASP.NET application (v1.1) which has been ftp’d to a new home and needs configuring properly. This involves using FTP, the host control panel and SQL Server to setup a working environment for the system. No coding is required at this stage but you will need to be a good VB.NET developer in order to get the configuration working. Once the site is fully working we want to move on to have a developer finish the existing site so it is ready for commercial release. The website has been FTP’d to it’s new test home already and is giving an error shown in the standard ASP.NET way. Your first tasks may include changing the [login to view URL] to get a better idea of what is going on. I am the developer of the application. I know everything about it. However I do not want to get involved in doing the setup/configuration work. You will be expected to limit the questions to an absolute minimum. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
