ASP.NET C# streaming using Amazon Cloudfront or Limelight CDN(repost)

We need a website of a few pages having ASP.NET Membership provider and then sell recurring subscriptions for 1 day, 1 month and 1 year using Paypal and Payflowpro. This subscription will be allow users to have access to the streaming content. We have a single URL of streaming content. Streaming content should be a playlist and should use Amazon Cloudfront or Limelight CDN. Streaming to be compatible with different devices (android, ios, etc. Cloudfront supports all). You need to test so it actually works. Our streaming playlist changes everyday and should change at 6:40 pm daily. You need to be sure that the code should be based on 6:40pm depending on the user's ip to country. So, our 24 hour day is based on 6:40 pm to next day 6:40pm. No streaming for the users who login after 4 pm. They should see a countdown and at 6:40 automatically start the streaming. If the user logsout ad logs in after some time, do not play the streaming from start but stream from the point he last left and also offer him to restart from beginning or continue from the point he left. Allow PAUSE. (As it is streaming, so only PAUSE option.) Do not allow multiple usersto login with the same username. Nor allow the streaming to work without login. Our playlist is generated from multiple media files. And if you know sitecore, we will be happy to take this project to the next level of making templates in sitecore and make pages multilingual. We do not want to consider any CMS other than Sitecore.
