I need an example of how to do .NET 2.0 forms based authentication from an existing user database, in C# only. Please make me a Visual Studio 2005 project with the following: A Login page. ([login to view URL]) A script to generate an SQL table with the following USER,PASSWORD,COLOR nick,fudge23,blue john,banada23,red [login to view URL]: A fake application page that does nothing except display the message "Welcome {USER}. your Favorite color is {Color} Expected behaviour: If someone tries to access [login to view URL] without credentials, they are redirected to the login page. The login page queries the database for a match, and sets Session('color') = the user's color - if successful, redirect to the [login to view URL] page - if unsuccessful, disaply a wrong password message This must be done in the most official Microsoft .NET 2.0 way possible, perhaps using: [login to view URL] Note that we will not be generating the extensive membership table above but rather using my simple table. The point of this project is to show me how to use an external database for password and login storage while otherwise using windows Forms authentication.
## Deliverables
A zipped asp.net 2.0 VS 2005 project containing the above code as well as a script to generate the users table.
