ASP/ASPX CMS Website. Need ability to add Titles, Descriptions and Keywords on Per-Page Basis

I have a custom website <[login to view URL]> it is designed using ASP/ASPX. I have a backend login area where i can add and edit products, categories, etc... All of my product pages end up having all the same page titles, meta descriptions, meta keywords. I know this is not good for seo. Basically i want to have a coder edit my website so that i can add category and product page titles, meta descriptions and meta keywords on a per page basis, from my backend admin area. My website already interacts with a database, so i am assuming adding these fields will not be too big of a deal for an asp/aspx coder. If you do not understand this project or need more information please ask. I have attached some screen shots of what the backend of my site looks like, to give you an idea.
