An dynamic AJAX Form with multiple Tabs

I need a WordPress Plugin which is based on [login to view URL] (attached here also) but is able to create tabs dynamically and also add 3 input fields (called field1 field2 field3) dynamically as much as you want to any tab. I also need a procedure to save all this values in wp_post_meta I always can find one dimensional field addings but never in this two dimensions. if you can finish this today I will pay asap. please write "tabbed browsing" on the top of your bid that I know its no spam.
