classifieds cum money blogs site

i have a domain already running. u can look at it to have an idea of what am about to build it into. Its [login to view URL] What we need is this; design our site as follow below. 1. the homepage to resemble the classifieds in [login to view URL], the classifieds script and site..menus etc and fucntions and design and adverts and adsense layout 2. homepage to have a special window banner written 'this weeks deal'..when clicked leads to a page with details about the deal, location, product etc ; and there should be more past deals stored in a db that a user can click for 'PAST DEALS'and enquire if they still apply. 3.1 i should be able to approve every advert to avoid spam..during approval, after i mark an ad as spam it should learn and filter that advert just like wordpress blog approvals do. 3.2 website adverts,comments and content posted back by users should also have a button below it for users to click and report 'REPORT AS ÁBUSIVE POSTING 4. website should be accessible via mobiles..just like [login to view URL] is. plis test. 5. Ads posting should be as seemless and easy to post, and free as google trader. (google that and see) 6. Add current blog as a menu..improve how elements look for better look and use. 7. Add a menu for Online shops which users should create, design, upload products in a wizard..then after saving..asked to pay 999 ksh (should allow to change this) so as to activate and OpenShop for business..or if not activating today, show calendar to select and be reminded. The date should register in a small table..and we should get an email, as well as should be able to send out an email and system to choose all such shopowners and email them to remind them on a certain date. if users search, and a shop is closed, show it with a door and lock with watchman seated with [login to view URL] closed..if opend show with a dooor open wide..and cute plump lady standing welcoming you in and written enter ''XXXXXX SHOP'' plus SHOW A GOOGLEMAP LOCATION BELOW IT...and bottom, after user enters shop, show SIMILAR BUSINESSES/PRODUCTS SHOPS THAT ARE OPEN TODAY 8. Add a menu for discussions forums..and add a forum..easy to use forum.. 9. lastly add a menu with thick characters for " HOT-IN-TOWN". here let users select the town. I will give a list.@ to list its own hot in town spots. listing to be like design of [login to view URL] , i will provide few categories of interest. when event or hotintown is clicked should show details as on this link; [login to view URL] with location; any user should be allowed to post free and save but again to activate event, pay to us an activation fee..not on ecommerce,..but mobile,,we will provide details here.
