Custom CRM Built on PHP, AJAX, MYSQL

We're looking for something special here. We want a team who is innovative and excited to work and willing to take chances. This online software must be EXTREMELY CLEAN and USER FRIENDLY. You must be able to speak and write in English Extremely well and have access to Skype. 2. You must be willing to deal with a very demanding client who always wants things perfect. This is a custom CRM / ERP software system online. We will mock up almost all of the pages to help you during creation. We also want a long term relationship as this will be going through many revisions.
