Develop a Mac Application

I need to develop a Calendar booking software, that any users (with a valid user name and password) can access it from either a desktop, iphone or Android phone. the primary function of this application is to book calendar slots, the application should be able to spot conflicting appointment and free slots based on real time data .. And send the user a confirmation message from an Sms gateway confirming the appointments date, time and details..

Another feature requires is to have this application connected to another application (application B) which I have currently (like a button to directly open application B).
