Combatting homesickness one Vegemite at a time

We will be setting up relationship database style app that will allow individuals to find products, pubs and restaurants in their local city. Key features we would like to build in the pre-app store launch are: - Allow small business to sign up using either their Facebook account or creating an account and profile manually, to capture key data. - The businesses will be able to upload their product list, either by set criteria or importing a pre-set excel spreadsheet (or alternative). - Allow search function to be filtered by various key metrics (to be discussed with the successful applicant further) and displayed in both a list and map format. The map format will be a key feature. - Allow users to get directions (through google maps or an alternative) to their selected store. - Save most recent search criteria of the user. - Allow businesses to post 'special offers' etc. on a notice board style function.
