We are looking for someone who already has this application and its been tried and tested. It can be written in any laguage as long as it works.
We are looking for the following features as a minimum , any other features would be a bonus.
A user-friendly professional GUI with our company branded colours and logo
1. Able to connect any type of GSM mobile phone or GSM modem using USB and Bluetooth
2. Send text messages in bulk by selecting to send to the address book, upload excel or copy and paste from txt file.
3. two-way SMS facility with an auto responder based on various keywords and an unsubscribe facility if a user texts STOP
4. Able to report on text messages sent and export to excel.

Hello, we can develop this tool for you, using open-source tools, so as to minimize operating costs. The tool can work with any phone that can work as a modem, GSM including integrated circuits (to reduce costs).
