Develop a technical document for a Billing System

The project For our client we are seeking a person who can make a technical document. This document needs to be a technical manual for developers. The software is a Web-based credit management software system. This system is used to manage billing processes. The system is rewritten in ASP.NET 3 years ago. There is no documentation maintained during development in ASP.NET. It uses open source components and reporting components of third parties. The complexity of this system is to secure data and manage thousands of user accounts. We are looking for a person with the following qualities: 1. Very good knowledge of ASP.NET, Webservices, C #, SSL certificates, MS SQL Server, Infragistics and XML components. 2. To be able to formulate clear texts; 3. Delivering on promises; 4. Deliver according to deadlines; 5. Clear communicate; 6. Experience with SSL and payment / banking systems 7. Extensive and proven experience in writing technical documents for systems 8. Someone who can write technical documents in accordance with the standards. We are also looking for someone who has a solution for the following: 1. The source code of the client must be protected. Problem is that it is difficult when working with a party abroad. How can we solve this? We can provide access to the source code via Team Viewer or Webex. We understand that it is very difficult to make a proposal if there is no clear picture of the software code. To still be able to make a proposal, we have the following aspects of the system described: 1. Three full-time developers, who work for the customer, can put on paper what parts of the system are doing. They can describe technical components.
