Convert HTML to ASP.NET Web Application

I have some HTML code from a graphic designer (converted from a PSD file) that I need cleaned up and converted into an ASP.NET web application. The solution should be compatible with Visual Studio 2005 (.NET 2.0). The final project should be well organized, with master page(s) and user controls for all shared or repeating content (i.e. header, footer, navigation, etc.). Any form fields should be converted to ASP.NET web controls and the project should build. All CSS should be separated from the HTML and placed within a CSS file. HTML elements should have semantic names and make sense (i.e. the header area should have an ID of "header" and not "div123") This is a very simple project. There is no real programming required, just organizing of the source code in preparation for the next step.
