I am looking for C# code that can read a value (property) from a BACnet device (object). The solution hold use the BACnet address (e.g. B=BMSA41C3'ChpMeters'ChpElcPul'MeterR) and/or the IP address of the BACnet controller and should return the value of the object/property The code should open the communication to the device, read the device and safely close the communication channel down. The C# code will need to compile (and work!) in a Visual Studio/.NET environment. You could use bacsharp which is an open source code. But, you should make several modifications if you need it run on minimalist device such as windows 7 compact or embedded version of windows os as it should be matched with visual studio compact edition. Let me know your detail requirement.
