Add options to my Web page + send xml to srever FTP

Hi, Step1: Login to the formular with a login and password, it will be just a single login and pass word. if the user enter the correct login and password he will be able to see the formular. Step2 : when the user submit the formular he will receve a message box (Submit succes), and we returne to the formular page. Step3: when the user click on the submit button, now we will have a XML file. But in this time i want to Move the curent XML file to the FTP server. like cut and drop to the FTP server.
