Custom Wordpress site

We currently have a website that we like, we want to use the same way the home page works but on a wordpress platform. ## Deliverables We need a website build using Wordpress platform but we need the homepage to function exactly like our existing home page does here gzign[dot]com[dot]au/tiles/ we need the menu to work like you see it on the reference page, the subpages to display in the same manner as well. 1- the home page should look like the existing one, with the logo on the bottom corner, home button, music mute, and copyright space ( this footer you can make it to work as widget places ) We need to be able to assign a background for the home page from admin. 2- For all internal pages, we do not want the movement of the content box, that can be a normal page, with title in yellow on the top right corner and normal content without a scrolling , let the content run down as a normal page. 3-pages required: **Home About us Design centre** ( with ability to have subpages under it - this section is a gallery, it doen't have to work like the existing one. **contact us** (with email form, + google map and contact details ) **Blog** IMPORTANT: We do not mind if you use a template, as long as the home page looks the same as current one, the internal page we don't care too much on how they look. Colours to use are black, charchoal and yellow. We like this template, we don't mind if you use it but have the home page works like our current website.
