Need an Android app

We need a android app for our employees to do market survey. The app will have 3 main Sections 1. Admin 1. Client Login 2. Employee Login Employee Features 1. Employee will login using their userid and password provided by the company 2. Employees will have a small form to fill and should be able to click multiple photos 3. After collecting all data employees will submit the data. 4. Data will be first stored locally in their mobile 5. When employees connect their phone to internet they will Sync and upload all the data to the server 6. Employees will be able to see records datewise Client Features 1. Client will be able to view their respective data datewise or any other predefined filter Admin Features 1. Client Registration 2. Project Registration 3. Employee Registration 4. Project Allotment to Employees 5. Report View Datewise, Client wise , project wise and any other pre defined filter 5.
