Discussion around opencV - open to bidding

I would like to interview for an ongoing project in opencv.

I want to use python and opencv to identify when a surface gets wet or an object is placed on it (that isnt a human) . I want to send an SMS using Twilio API with the image detected.

I will pay you $30 for the interview.
