Design an App Mockup

I need an App designed for IOS. Target is the newly diagnosed and more seasoned Type 2 Diabetic. The purpose of the app is to assist the user to maintain desired activity level and stay within healthy eating parameters. DETAILS The app has to be easily activated, one button push or less It would be AMAZING if the app is able to speak answers and instructions to the user! It will be even more amazing if the user can speak meal portions and eating times each time they eat. And then access that data from the app or from the laptop later. The app will need to be supported by a bot as the user will almost always be asking questions... "Should I eat this doughnut? "Should I stop at McDonald's on the way home? "Should I go for a walk tonight? "Should I drink this soda" "Can I eat this pizza? The questions from the user trigger TWO actions... When the bot hears any of the terms defined as unhealthy for the diabetic (like pizza or doughnuts) it responds with one of many polite ways to say "NO. You should not eat that right now." Five to ten minutes after the user asks the app "IF they should eat" or "if they should do activity" the app sends a notification which asks them what they chose. Two buttons would be great here. "NOPE! I made the right choice!" "Yes. I did. :-(" At that point the food item or activity will be added to the users food & activity journal When the user sets up their app they will be asked a series of questions regarding motivations for making healthy eating and activity choices. After the app has told the user "NO you should't eat the pizza. You should choose something with less carbohydrates etc" the user has up to 30 seconds to ask the app "WHY?" At this point the app goes back to the user original set up answers regarding motivations and reads one of the users reasons. For instance, " Because you want to live a long and healthy life so you can [walk your two daughters down the aisle] [climb Mt Rainier next year] "
