I need a Delivery App for an Ice Cream Shop that I own. The app should be available for Android and iPhone devices. The basic purpose of the app is to offer a better delivery service at my ice cream shop. Right now, the phone is always ringing, annoying clients and distracting employees (which have to answer the phone, write down the order, etc...). Plus, we don't end up getting a lot of deliveries because the phone is always occupied. So, this app should solve these problems. The app should have 2 interfaces: 1. The client The client should be able to: 1.1. Select the city where he is ordering from (we operate in different cities). 1.2. Browse our menu. 1.3. Select what he wants to order. 1.4. Know the cost of the order + the cost of the delivery (depending on where he lives the app should calculate it automatically). 1.5. Know the expected time his delivery will take (I have thought of many ways of doing this, but I'm open to new ideas; I'm thinking ways in which the app does this automatically). 1.6. Know the status of his delivery after ordering (Received, Confirmed, Delivered). 2. Our shop We should be able to: 2.1. Receive every client's order at a tablet or computer (preferably a tablet). 2.2. Confirm the order if everything is OK (at this moment the client should receive an email and message telling him that his order has been confirmed). 2.3. Update the status of the order when it's on its way to the client (at this moment the client should receive a message as well). ------------------------------------------------ 2.4. Send special promotions to our clients through notifications or emails. 2.5. Add new sections to the app in the future (example: gallery of pics...) 2.6. We will begin offering this service at one city, but afterwards will be expanding it to other cities. We need to be able to add cities, rules (such as delivery costs), etc, to new locations... ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I have some examples of similar apps which I can share if you want so...

Hello, I have been through your project scope and understand how it functions In the delivery system you need to have the shipment details for Base Location & Destination Location using Google Map. The site also need to be able to manage all delivery food Items and use the dispatching system to organize and manage the nearest driver to the Base Location and calculate the shortest route and need to send the nearest driver to pick the order . On otherside Driver needs to accept the order, Or driver Can select the order from the list (optional) Driver Need to collect the Order from defined Location and He needs to confirm receiving the order in good condition and he need send SMS to customer in Destination that he is in his way to deliver the shipment .Driver need to get customer signature after he deliver to be able to close the work order. Then click Job Done and he become free for other orders. The dispatcher should support apple iPhone, apple iPad, or android tablets or phones. Whichever drivers accept the call, the system should run their location through google maps to determine which is closer to the customer and let him know he got the call. Every driver must have their own user name and password and system should keep track of history of jobs. As per the description this product contains much security to be handled and could consume time but i can make it on time with all the security measures taken care of.
