Create an iPhone/iOS Application

Hello, One of the Preferred Freelancer here in iOS Development and a Apple Platform Developer. First of all, for the specific requirements you had mentioned, $250 budget was too low since other than just the app, you will also require a backend database (with REST API) and a PUSH Notification system, both of which alone would cost $200-250~ My expected cost of development for the project would be $650-750~ but since you seem to be a student, I can understand having limited budget. As such, I have placed a bid of $500USD instead. My bid covers the following: -iPhone app -Backend Database -PUSH Notifications -API for database and PUSH Basically the app will have 2 main screens, one for creating and registering your Organization, which will create the QR code for you to show your members or users (I can add a option to email it as well so you can print it out). The other screen will be list of organizations you are part of, where you can add/register for a new organization using their QR code. Additionally, you can tap a organization name and get the option to leave/unsubscribe. Hi! I've place this bid to ask you something: As for your desire, you want to have an app that work as notification center for all the member in an organization/group, right? May I ask you, what kind of reminder you want to send? Phone message / email / or system notification? And then, do you really want to use an app to be the notification center? not a website? Cause if you use app, you must have a 24/24 running machine with network avaiable, can you do that?
