I've built a web-based Time Management platform for Instagram Users using Instagram API. It has a Post Planner and Scheduling function and it requires a notification to be sent to the mobile under Instagram API rules to a native iOS/Android app for the User to then open up and post their media within the Instagram app. As such, I need a very basic iOS and Android app that can accept this notification then open up the scheduled post media and caption in the Instagram app. There are many similars apps on the market that send notifications using the same functionality e.g. [login to view URL], Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Zoho Social. I require a basic main page iOS/Android app that can receive the notification from the web app then open up the post in Instagram. Must have experience with Instagram API and this function.
