Create a Cloud Storage Android App

Hi there,
We are looking for an android application for our cloud storage service (like Dropbox). We currently have an app released however it uses WebDAV.
It's quite slow and a lot of things are restricted due to this.
We think it would be much better to have an application written using an API on our website to get the data using JSON format.
I would work with the winning applicant and do the PHP API to suit their requirements
The app would need to have:
-Login (This is already coded in API)
-Show Files and Folders, view as list, thumbnails -tiled (Also Have coded this in the API)
-Delete Files, Folders (Already coded in API)
-Sort files (By name, date size etc)
-Search Files
-Move files and folders, Move Multiple (Already coded in API)
-Share Files (Via Email , Social)
-Upload files, multiple files (This can be posted to our current upload backend)
-Upload from camera / video (AS above)
-Auto upload from camera directory as an option
- Stream media files (Not sure if use external app or embed?)
- View Images
- View Documents
- Download file to mobile
-Account settings
-Registration / sign up
-Profile
I am confident that this project isn't as big of a task as it may sound, since we have the backend API already available - we just need the app to use the JSON data :)
Must be utilised on mobile and tablet alike.
