Build a mobile app -- 2

I need a native app. It should target all mobile devices. I would like it designed and coded. search on app store from google to apple store for meru taxi , easy taxi and ola cabs I want this app like this but with some difference . my drivers would be able to register with photography picture , DL copy , phone and email ( can be waved ) when the register a confirmation goes with a code as SMS for them to input back on the app and term them successfully registered .. same goes to customers who want to use the tax or cab services the register with email , mobile phone only... people would be able to see cabs that re close to them via the map and send a request to the cab driver with a msg request and be able to interact for availability and none availability of that specific cab...yes or no ... back end would be able to see all transaction , details of cab booked ...cab details with distance covered via the map...also traffic situations and this app is meant for somewhere in Africa .the app should be interactive and map should be simplified just like other cab apps mentioned above...more details will be given
