Android application in Ionic preferred. Google map over lay, login and data details display from webserver.

I want to develop a Mobile Application that can - alert the user based on his location upto 1km square mile accuracy. - Overlay important points onto the google map - Clickable points on the map When the user clicks on a specific point, it will open the details regarding that in a seperate screen and user can view through details. The details will be extensive spanning multiple pages and categories. The app, will pull data from a webserver and display. It can securely connect with the webserver and login. Login using Google or Facebook Account.
