Android App - Sync calendar between Android and online calendar

We have an online collaboration suite made with .net and SQL database. In this suite of collaboration tools we also have a calendar. We would like to have made an Adroid App users can download, so it automatically sync their phone with our online calendar. It should sync both ways and check for updates every ? minutes or seconds. It has the basic calendar fields, such as startDate, endDate, startTime, reminderTime etc. ## Deliverables [login to view URL] requirements notice: As originally posted, this project does not have complete details.
