Develop iphone/ipad app apple sdk

Looking for someone to write the code for an ipad/iphone app. I am an indie film maker and i have a complete 1 hr and 20minute dvd that i would like turned into an app so i can get it into the apple app store for sale. This is what the app should have Main menu with 1 background still image and 1 play button play button should play the movie when selected. That's it. nothing fancy. I will submit the completed file to apple. This should not be a streamed video but rather a contained in the file video. make sense? any takers? ps. i will obviously be supplying the artwork for the menu image I would also be using this completed project on many similar films of mine so i'd like it if you could explain how to swap out the video and main menu image.
