Develop Android / iOS application that can record audio/video(repost)

Develop an Android application that allows the user to type in a short amount of text, record a brief audio message, or take a photo or short video, and then emails the text/audio/video/image file to a pre-configured email address as an attachment. All of these features **must** be accessible from one screen/application, meaning that the user does not navigate to the standard Android camera application, for example, in order to take a photo. There will likely be several revision cycles and possibly some requirement changes as the application matures during development. Please keep this in mind and bid accordingly.

## Deliverables

The application will have two versions, one free and ad-supported and one paid, without ads and with additional features over the free version.

You should have extensive experience with developing clean, fast, **good looking** Android applications and be able to implement all of the features mentioned above, including:

* record audio

* record video

* capture still image

* send email with attachment

* display and monetize ads within the application

* deploy multiple versions (free/paid) of the application (installing the paid version removes the free one and vice-versa but retains all user settings)

* scale GUI depending on the host device (i.e. runs properly and looks good on phone, tablet, etc.)

This application will be developed for iOS as well. Developers who can deliver both the Android and iOS versions will be given priority. (When you bid please mention in the comments that you can deliver both.)

Accepted bidders will receive detailed requirements and screen wireframes. There are two screens total (a main screen and a settings screen), and possibly a screen-size widget (identical to the main screen). In addition there may be 1-2 screens with help/instructions and/or a simple setup wizard that runs the first time the application is installed.
