Crowd sourcing mobile app with social network updates, event planner & invites, QR scan - repost

This project is quite complex and it maps an entire business process. We need a social media mobile application which integrates with Facebook and if possible Google+ The application will have intrinsic social network which will be used for gathering data from crowd [login to view URL] are many unique features which makes user experience in social network awesome. We already have a short demo on the application, which will help the developer to understand the interactions and the business scenarios.
