Create a web browser for just one website

I need to create an iphone/ipad app that looks just like idownloader plus (find it in ios app store). Here's the link to iDownloader Plus ->([login to view URL]) Here's what I want my app to do 1) The app must have a web browser just like iDownloader 2) The web address input box will be removed. The browser will only be used for one website ([login to view URL]) 3) The app must be able to run in background. [login to view URL] is a music website and the music must keep playing when the screen off 4) Just like in the iDownloader app, with every new song that plays, a download icon will be highlighted and a "Tap here to download" will be shown. 5) Just like in the iDownloader app, once a song is playing and a user clicks the download icon, a window should show asking what the filename the user wants 6) All downloaded songs should be playable within the app, just like in iDownloader 7) Downloaded songs should be delete-able individually. Which means that I should be able to delete each song I've downloaded individually. Again, I pretty much want the iDownloader plus app but customized for me. Thanks.
