Convert Book to iPhone/iPad

I have a book wroten in "Adobe InDesign" (that obviously could be converted to PDF if needed) and want to convert it to iPhone and iPad. Project specs: - Pages: 100 (70 pages with text and 30 pages with photos, but the pictures will be in one page. There is no text and photos in the same page) - The book on iPhone/iPad won't have any animation/effects (excepct page turning). Everything the user will do is turn the pages, click on "Index" and "Go To Page __" - App universal for iPhone and iPad - Must support orientation change on iPad and iPhone. We do have an apple account and will submit the app to Apple.
