Create a 100% functional mobile version of an existing joomla + virtuemart webshop

We have a very customized Joomla + Virtuemart website. Joomla template is based on GK Restaurant template, and Virtuemart is very customized with plugins. This template already has a mobile template which is working to some extent, but your job is to make it work in the webshop (virtuemart) as well. Joomla: 2.5.6 Virtuemart: 2.0.8e This is a pizza/restaurant webshop. Our webshop has all products listed on PAGE. Problem: Each product has ability to have "ingrediens" added to the products. All ingrediens to a product is shown by clicking on "accessories", and a jquery slider opens a box where user can select accessories to add to the product. This part doesnt work on mobile, because the slider is not working properly. Problem 2: On cart / checkout page, we have a lot of customization. We have plugins which uses users current time AND users address to create some rules changing the price according to time and address. User can change time and shipment method, and this will change some things visually once happends. Also this part works to some extent in mobile version, but your job is to make this work EXACTLY like on desktop version/ website version. Your job is to go through the website ( joomla) AND the webshop and make sure EVERYTHING works and looks fine on Android, iPhone, other smartphone. THis means that a user should be able to do and see the same things in the mobile version as the website version. We will provide u login to the website , so u can test it. Also u can test the website on mobile (android, iOS) and see what parts which is not working fully like website. Please dont waste our time. We are in great hurry, so we dont have time for automatic bidders!
