Content Browser and viewer for Mobile

Platform: Java/J2ME Device: MTK Based device Basically the project is developing a mobile application which able to browse and view multimedia contents both offline and online. The menu structure and content links are defined in an local .xml file. The application also have to able to connect to our online server for users update/buy additional contents other than pre-installed contents. The app also need to be secure from copy, so it need to be specific to device IMEI/Serial Number. Content Type: Text, images, audio, video, other java apps, arabic fonts Other than this app, we also have other mobile app project which linked to this app: 1. Qur'an Browser, viewer, reciter, index search (please refer to [login to view URL]) 2. Kibla' Compass: Displaying direction to Mecca (UAE) from several cities in the world (offline database) from the true North (not real-time compass) 3. Zakat Calculator: Calculates output numbers based on certain formula (some index numbers need to be update online) We are expecting that developer can do all projects as a all-in-one package, but we also open for separate development scheme.
