Custom Android application: one time solution

*** JUST NEED A QUOTE NOW. I STILL NEED APPROVAL FOR THE PROJECT *** Custom Android App This Android application is a custom application to use by one customer in the AMBULACE/E.M.S. industry. The finished application will run on a low cost android tablet (not yet purchased). The tablet will be permanently mounted on the wall in the back of an ambulance in full view the ambulance crew. The tablet application will display the current time (HH:MM:SS) and then switch to TIMER mode while the ambulance is ‘AT SCENCE’ of a call. The timer will display the number of minutes that ambulance crew is ON SCENE of the call. Once the crew leaves the scene of the call the display will change back to the clock. TWO MODES 1. CURRENT TIME (HH:MM:SS) – 15:37:42, increases by every second 2. AT SCENE TIMER (MM) – 06, increases by every minute The method by which the application knows if the ambulance (unit) is on scene is from a web service/web page that returns all the unit names and the time the unit went ‘At Scene’. Possible something like this <UNIT>32</UNIT><ATSCENE>14:02:01</ATSCENE> <UNIT>45</UNIT><ATSCENE>14:00:24</ATSCENE> The application will have a configuration section that will hold two bits of information, the URL of the website for the service and the unit number of the truck. URL: http://0.0.0.0.0/[login to view URL] UNIT: 32 If the application does not see the matching UNIT number in the webpage, then it is assumed that the unit is not AT SCENE and thus it will display the current time. If the application does see a matching UNIT number in the webpage, then it will assume that the unit is AT SCENE and will take the CURRENT TIME minus the AT SCENE time from the webpage and display that value in the application. The AT SCENT TIMER will increase minute by minute until the website URL does not return a record for that unit.
