Convert customizer web script to android/iphone app

We have a script which you can view here: [login to view URL] that we need to turn into a downloadable app on android and iphone. Windows8 would be nice as well. As you can see the coding on the web is already done. What we need to do is have a way to bundle the code into an app we can list on the app store (for free) for android, iphone, and windows8. The project will include building the necessary framework application to load the offline scripting files, porting over any scripts and code necessary,and getting the applications loaded into the respective stores. We would like to add some functionality to the application beyond what is shown here [login to view URL] Specifically, we would like the ability for the user to share their customized version on Facebook. The developer will likely receive on-going work as we update the application with new pictures, small features, etc. over time.
