Android simple slideshow app(I have pictures and music)

I'd like to find a programmer able to make a simple Android application where you have an illustrated menu (graphics provided) to choose from a few picture galleries (Vietnam, Paris, Cambodgia and so on), each item when tapped will launch a fullscreen slideshow with a background music(provided with the pictures), there has to be a transition between pictures(simple fade from one picture to the next one, nothing else), infos about timing will be provided too. My aim as a photographer and musician is to release a free animated portfolio on Android. I'd like the app to be compatible with mobile phones and tablet (A mobile and a HD version maybe?), maybe make a HD version then a moblie with smaller pics to save phones memory and app size.
