Hi , I need i a simple Program that will disable touch screen or lock screen if charging Is Off, even If other app / games are open and IF Charging is on touchscreen enable or unlock the screen and add a one time password, hard coded value is enough. All i want on this on project is that you CAN"T USED the device when charging is OFF and if the charger is connected or on you can used the device. lt must be Compatible to 4.0 To the latest android Version. let me test(QA) it 1st just send me only a APK. Then source code that has been uses must be send upon completion.

Do you need a qualified and experienced Android developer? That’s me. Look at my portfolio and resume. I’ve got master’s degree also in computer science. I made several(not that many) Android applications in the company I’m working on now and debugged them on numerous Android devices and a variety of screen sizes. Do you know Android application doesn’t frequently work the way you expect? I know, and I know how to solve that situation(odd behaviors). After all you can get what you expect. Once I find your exact requirements, I can get you the best solution or at least alternatives when there’s no best solution.
