Android "App Delivery" App

Hello, and thank you for your interest on this project. I would like you to build an Android application for me whose main purpose would be to deliver app downloads. to make it easier to explain, let us assume that the App you will create is called APPMAN First, some background. I am working with Android devices which are not always connected to the web and in this market the people are not yet very tech savvy. They therefore would appreciate someone to 'curate' apps on their behalf hence the system that I am proposing. The APPMAN app will be very simple (we may develop it further later) and will have: 1. Basically, we want it to be such that if APPMAN is installed onto a device, it checks our server periodically for updates. If there is an update, then it should notify the device owner so that he/she can take action. 2. The server where the devices will check will be where we store our apps - when we have a new app that we want people to download, we should be able to upload it to the server then it should be available for download to the people who have APPMAN installed. 2b. It should be possible to categorise the apps on the server in a very simple way. The categories should be flexible and easy to expand. Each category should have a description. 3. When the devices with APPMAN check the server for updates, APPMAN should quickly download the information about the apps (because the user may be connected to the internet for just a little while) so that the user can later on read the info about the avilable apps. This info shold include: -A screenshot -Some text description -An option to download and install the App This should be the standard information that APPMAN always downloads from the server whenever a new update is available. 4. When the user selects the download option, it should just download the app as normal and leave it up to the user to find and install it. ---- I would need the following from you: 1. Quality work 2.
