Android Portal Application Development Project

We are developing a news portal application for Android that feeds users videos, news, tweets, and photos related to specific topics. We have finalized designs in PSD form and a fully functional back-end that delivers content via a series of APIs for this application and are looking for a skilled Android developer who can produce a production quality app with efficient and well commented code. The purpose of this project is two-fold; (i) to produce the application and (ii) to build a working relationship with the goal of working together on a few of our larger development projects over the coming weeks. We will provide detailed specifications on the news portal app project to ideal candidates.
