Android Camera App with selectable overlays on preview and output image

I need a simple camera app that allows an overlay image to be selected from a group of preset images, the overlay image (I'm assuming transparent .png) will appear on top of the camera preview. The user lines up the picture subject with the preset image, and presses the shutter button, to capture the image with the overlay.

Features:

-I should be able to set the overlay images not the user

-I need to be able to output a new apk with a new set of overlay images for different events as needed.

-Shutter button

-Flash toggle

-Vertical orientation

-Camera switch (front & rear)

-Monetize with banner ad at the bottom of the vertical screen for preview image

Once image is taken, saved to folder location, as well as pops up on an output screen, also with a banner ad monetization.

Please use this app as a reference ([url removed, login to view]). Please ignore the facial recognition feature, we won't need that, just a simple set of static overlays, that the user will line up in the preview image before hitting the shutter button. Also, I prefer the vertical interface, as most people naturally hold their phones like this for taking pictures now.

I will mostly be using this app at custom events, where I will want to create custom overlays for the theme of the event, and then make the app available to guests to use for the event. Because of this, I will need to be able to change the overlay images myself and create a new apk for download. Knowing this, if social media integration is easy, for 'send to fb, twitter, instagram', that could be a value added that you could talk me into.
