Design an Org chart in Visio 2013

Project Description: I have never used Visio before yet I agreed to do a Microsoft Visio project. Not a smart move on my part obviously! I only have Microsoft Visio 2013 on my computer so whatever you make needs to be compatible with 2013. I have a word org chart that I need made into a Microsoft Visio org chart. It needs to have a place for personal pictures and areas under there title to write a few extra words if needed. It would be nice if color could be added. I am wanting three version of the same chart all to be a little different so I can see which one people like best. It needs to be modern and appealing to the eyes. I dont like things just plain white and black but nothing to crazy either. Along with the document I need a how to step by step on how you made the document as well if that is at all possible, it is not a must though. I am in need of this project in short order but I do not want to spend an arm and a leg to get it done. The person with the best price and highest approval rate will be awarded this project.
