Access Form SMTP - Outlook

Our small company has an Access database created internally over the last 10 years, it consists of Account Ledgers, Stock Ledgers, Invoicing, it’s also a backend to our MySQL PHP website, it has old code, good code and bad code, it’s time to clean it up and improve it. The first project we’re looking at is cleaning up and improving our SMTP and Outlook mass e-mailer. The number of emails it usually sends is around 200 a campaign and we would normally only do it a few times a year It has a rough interface and some and some crude methods of putting the information into some fields. The project consists of 1. Clean up and improve the code 2. Improve attachment handling 3. Improve message management 4. Add a progress bar 5. Redo the form face and methods of entering “Subject” , “Message Body” and so on. 6. Create the process of continuing on a failed transmission 7.
