Access Database Inventory Manager Customisation

I wish to customise the Inventory Manager template that comes with Access 2010. I wish to generate a report, both on screen and export to excel that gives me the following First sort column is Inventory Id for each inventory item I want beneath a list of inflows, (ie stock purchases), and outflows (sales to customers) iin transaction date order with a net stock position (including negative stock balance) with value of residual stock calculated on a FIFO basis for a given date in time. When the database is completed I also want it posted up onto the web so that it can be accessed via laptop and maybe ipad.
