Arduino Shield using SMT

We are seeking a design and implementation of a tested arduino shield. Presently, we use a through-hole design. We would like to transition to an SMT design. Also, we are using a PCM DAC. we would like to use the DAC shown here: [login to view URL] Please note, that we are not wed to this particular DAC, and you are at liberty to select another. You must use: EAGLE Schematic Design and PCB Layout You must fabricate using your own selection of PCB prototyping house. The milestones will include a schematic, in eagle, a PCB layout 160 mill compatible shield headers, for stacking, audio connectors (1/8 inch stereo, in and out) and solder masks with silkscreens. The costs for the milestones, including: 1) Board manufacturing and shipping through BatchPCB. 2) Components and assembly of one prototype. 3) Basic test together with a real Arduino board 4) Shipment of one working sample to the US. 5) Documentation package. Are included in the bid. In the end you will deliver a working tested board. Milestones list: 1) Schematics (incl any library development) in Eagle. 2) Layout (also incl lib dev) in Eagle. 3) Rendering of board using sketch-up and maxwell (approval required before manufacturing) 4) Board manufacturing and shipping through BatchPCB. 5) Components and assembly of one prototype. 6) Basic test together with a real Arduino board 7) Shipment of one working sample to the US. 8) Documentation package. We will supply EAGLE files, but they are thru-hole in design.
