Estimeed Sir/Madam, This is Bogdan from Romania. I'm a mechanical engineer with over 15 years experience in designing, modeling, prototyping and effective manufacturing of different products. I'm working in Inventor for parametric modeling, Fusion for free form and Keyshoot for realistic renderings. I could design this enclosure for you, but what you ask for is not a simple design is innovation on demand - so that way I've bid so high. I have experience on designing and manufacturing wet mates (the couplings used for submarine cables) where I designed a mate which make the coupling without regular baloons and/or air bubble (in a regular wet mate, the operator use a kind of baloon whch is wraped arround cable's ends in order to create a dry environment, or they simply blow high pressure air). How I work and what you'll recieve: based on your input (sketches, drawings, indications) and function of device's constrains (dimensions, connectors, etc, I'll make a rough model of the enclosure. On this model you'll make observations and I'll make the required modifications, adjustments, improvments until the desired outcome is reached. Once the model is set, I'll do parametric designing of components with respect for the main desiderate - waterproof and also taking care of molding demands (in order to have a good mold is necessary to design the piece accordingly with some principles). I'll deliver 3D model in diff CAD formats, 3D pdf and execution drawings.
