Brunei Market research Electric Water Heater (consumer)

Champs Singapore is the producer and seller of Singapore NO. 1 instant electric shower heater company with more than 50 years history. Now we are trying to hire an experienced sales/ marketing expert to help finish the following market research jobs (You may also download the job description in the attachment): I. Get a list of contacts of 30 medium to big size quality home appliance stores (of course they are selling instant shower heaters or potentially will sell in the future) including: 1. Store name (could be shopping mall, supermarket, and electrical stores). Mark each one if it is selling instant electric shower heaters or only a potential one. 2. Store address 3. Website (and online store/ facebook page links if have) 4. Telephone of the shop 5. Name & position of the person in charge, (purchasing, marketing, import & export) 6. Mobile phone number of the person in charge 7. How many cities/ places they sell to? 8. Do they import by themselves? 9. Where do they normally import/ buy? Tips: To finish above job, you may check online for the shop details (1-4). Then try to make calls or make appointments to get the deeper details (5-8). Please make sure the contacts you find are as quality & potential & powerful ones as possible, especially those who can import directly by themselves or can be a wholesaler in an area. II: Find out the best-seller heater models with detail information including: 1. A full list of heater brands they are selling, with brand origin & production places (e.g.: Panasonic from Japan, made in Vietnam) 2. A list of top 10 best-seller heater models among all heater brands you will find above (1), with their retailing prices and product pictures. Mark the store name you visit beside the best seller model if possible. (Make it a excel file also) 3. A list of top popular heater features (at least 8 features) of the best sellers you will find above (2) 4. How many KW are they normally selling? (i.e.: how many kilowatt do local people normally using at home?) Tips: To finish this task, you will need to site visit some (5 to 10) of the home appliance stores in your above list and ask the sales person there as a customer. Make sure the ones you go and visit are the ones most possibly our future partners. We will need the candidate live in Brunei (better in Bandar Seri Begawan), speak Malay and English to communicate with local people and also us. There is no nationality limitation.
