Digital marketing support

We are a sales company that has been in business for 16 years. We are looking to improve our email campaigns and digital marketing. The tasks that we require assistance with are; 1) Email Campaigns (approximately 2-5 per week I think?) a. Draft a strategy and process specific to our company. b. Create a template that our team members can use to forward information required for each campaign c. Draft a schedule for receiving information from our team on a weekly basis and the timing that each campaign goes out. d. Adjust our existing templates or create new ones. We currently use [login to view URL] but would consider other solutions – particularly if they integrate with our CRM. We us SugarCRM e. Import email sent information to our CRM. f. Track clicks and results of email campaigns and record them in our CRM to create target lists. 2) Banner ads a. Draft a strategy and process specific to our company. b. Design and implement banner ads. 3) Facebook, Twitter and Youtube a. Draft a strategy and process specific to our company. b. Implement as necessary 4) Updating the news section of our homepage using wordpress There are 2 components to the support we are looking for; 1) Drafting the strategy, processes and templates 2) Implementing the tasks on an ongoing basis. We require someone who can consistently deliver the results in a timely and organized fashion.
