I am sure it will be into a proper enclosure. design seems an easy job, but sometimes getting the design ready to orient the PCB into right measurement takes time. Hence you might feel the bid is somewhat extra compared to most of the others. As I take special care when proper measurement is a bit of concerns so is it. Can, however, slash the price in case if its just an ordinary square shaped design just for prototype testing. Will provide you EAGLE design files as well as the Gerber files. II have a good experience with Altium Designer 13.0. In the last month I designed two PCB for one client. More over I 'm working with PIC micros families for a long time. Below I attached my skill overview. I have been working as an embedded engineer for more that 20 years. My primary experience is in hardware/software design of DC/AC motor controllers with a Microchip 12/dspic33xxxx, Atmel 8/16 ,Infineon 8/16, NXP 8/16/32 bits microcontrollers. Over the last 3 years I have been working on Arduino's applications including for motion controls, RF and net communications(XBee, bluetooth, WiFi). As an essential part of my experience are desktop software applications with C/C++/C# and LabWindows CVI allowing me to create Human Interface Drivers between PS and microcontroller's applications.
