The idea is to incorporate a CPR face shield into a credit card shaped item. Designed for one time use, breakable but not to brittle. I have sourced out the face mask i would like to use or be designed off of.

The product will fit in the specifications required. I am assuming the product will need to be repackaged into a vacuum sealed shape in order to achieve the required thickness.
The issues I have are:
1. The product will need to be vacuum sealed to protect it inside the mould
2. Which process is best to achieve on a manufacturing scale
3. What is the best plastic to use to achieve desired effect
4. Product will need to no thicker than 4mm
5. Product will need to be printable surface for marketing purposes
My idea for the process is:
Vacuum seal face shield into proper size -> place in credit card sized mould -> seal inside credit card sized mould
Its very simple I assume, I am a paramedic by trade, not a designer.
