Configure / Extend Payment Module

Dear freelancers,

My web store [url removed, login to view] is going to offer telecom services. I am going to sell mobile SIM cards and their airtime (when I say airtime, I mean the talking time) online. The airtime is going to be distributed through emails containing PIN codes. The PIN delivery system is installed and tested by a major company.

So the customer:

a. Orders and pays his PIN number

b. After a successful payment receives automatically an email containing the purchased PIN number

I need:

a. To be configured/extended the payment gateway (clickandbuy), so the PIN codes to be delivered automatically on customers email after a successful payment.

For your information, the PIN delivery system will only work if the payment module extended and configured to produce invoice, and update the order status to complete, upon a successful transaction.

b. To be modified the email template that the customer receives when he orders his PIN code

c. My website runs under SSL (https/:). The home page of the website contains some insecure content. What I need is to be removed the SSL from the home page (only) in order to be appearing the home page properly at all browsers.
