Designing headers for websites

We are going to sell automotive websites to our customers. We need designers to make individual headers (like the header/banner you see here above) and to choose the colors of the website, matching the headerdesign. The client will provide some pictures and a color preference. Your job is: - if pictures are not good enough (or there are no pics) to find other similar pictures on the net and photoshop them. - Redesign (simple) logo if client doesn't have one. - Make design of header, using the picture(s), integrating the text, logo, tec... - choose the colors of menu, sidebar, background, etc.. according to the header you designed. This is not a one time job. We will work with different designers. You will also be able to make and sell ready made headers to our customers. No program work involved - only design. I made this and I'm not a designer. So we expect more finishing and more creativeness than this.
